Job Description

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Are you ready to use your HR experience in help launch an exciting brand-new site start-up Do you like the sound of making your mark in a globally recognised and ever-evolving eCommerce operation Or, maybe youre seeking that next challenge in order toadd some great experience to your CVWe have been awarded a new contract in Rushden with Abercrombie & Fitchwithin our eCommerce business unit, and we are looking for an HR Administrator to provide timely, effective and comprehensive support to line managers on-site in all aspects of HumanResources.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle towork scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:

  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of the monthly and weekly payroll activities, including additional hours, sickness, absence, and holiday
  • Maintain Time and Attendance (T&A) - carrying out all required responsibilities as trained, inputting the relevant codes for holidays, absence etc, pulling reports
  • Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records, as well as compile employee contracts and new starter paperwork
  • Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Have past HR experience in a similar capacity with a generalist background
  • A strong commercial focus and the ability to build long term client relationships
  • Hold knowledge of employment law, as well as HR policies, practice, employee relations, and change management approaches
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and HR databases
