Job Description

Do you have extrusion experience Do you have experience of working in the plastics industryIf so, this role could be for you!We are currently looking for an experienced extrusion operative to join a busy production team based in Rushden.Salary: £22,584 to £25,584Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pmYou will have the below skills/experience:

  • Extrusion experience is essential
  • Blending experience is desirable
  • Plastics industry experience is desirable for this role
  • We want candidates with the right aptitude and attitude to learn, who can ultimately be effective in delivering what needs to be done
  • Self -Motivated, be able to work alone but also well within a team
  • Keen to progress and learn, as the business plans to grow and invest in its people and infrastructure
