Job Description

Ecommerce CoordinatorRushdenPermanentFull-time: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday; 8am - 3.30pm FridayUp to £26,000 DOEWe are recruiting for an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator for a world-renowned retail goods brand based in Rushden. This role would suit someone with strong drive and ambition, and good working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and greatcommercial awareness. Direct eCommerce in our clients business remains in its infancy, and this role offers a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop along with the company. If you have the relevant experience and skillset, we strongly encourageyou to apply for the Ecommerce Coordinator role today.Key duties and responsibilities of the Ecommerce Coordinator:

  • Working across a variety of brands, developing sales opportunities across important eCommerce channels.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow across new countries, deal sites, and marketplaces.
  • Managing sale of goods on Amazon, eBay, and internal website B2B and B2C.
  • Continuous improvement of product pages to maximise conversion rates.
  • Working with large, complex data sets, and identifying missing opportunities to optimise and improve online sales.
Key skills and experience required for the Ecommerce Coordinator:
  • Previous eCommerce experience
  • Strong understanding of the consumer goods market and online retailing.
  • Excellent marketing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills, confident using formulae including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce software such as Channel Advisor, VOLO, or Store Feeder is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and acumen, understanding of profit/loss, ROI and business performance metrics.
  • Understanding of Google and Amazon PPC/Sponsored Listings, and any other advertising channels.
