E-Commerce AssistantRushdenHours - Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 hrsSalary - £21k Negotiable DOEOur established client based in Rushden has an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Assistant to join them on a permanent basis,Working across a variety of brands, some of which are global you will be at the forefront of supporting growing sales opportunities across important eCommerce channels.You will be working in a team that manages how the company sells its goods on Amazon, eBay and their own website for both trade (B2B) and direct to customer (B2C) sales.There is also significant scope to grow across new countries and other deal sites and marketplaces such as Secret Sales, Groupon, Wowcher.This is a newly created role, so the opportunities are endless, and the company are looking for someone to go on this journey with them.The Ideal CandidateThe right candidate will have a "can do" attitude and a passion to learn quickly on the job. You will also need excellent written and oral communication skills.Being able to adapt quickly and be willing and able to support all areas involved in eCommerce is the key to success. This could be from helping dispatch orders, to stock control, answering customer enquiries or working on data required to add new productsto various websites.Any experience of working with Amazon (as a vendor or a seller), eBay and an eCommerce platform such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify is desirable making it likely for quicker career progression to an eCommerce Manager type role within the business.Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a desire to grow something from the ground up quickly is what we are looking for.An appreciation of customer service, typical problems when ordering items online, and ensuring customer happiness whether via phone or email are significantly important for success here.Key Skills
