Asset Maximisation SurveyorHybrid - Midlands / East of England with travel across our geography as requiredUp to £50,309.70 per annumTemporary, Full Time Do you have the knowledge and experience of working with a wide range of properties that can help our client review their property portfolio, to maximise our assets ensuring they are fit for future purpose If you can help make their assets sustainable,meet climate change and performance measures then this could be the role for you.Offered on a 2 year fixed term contract (36.25hrs per week) you will work as part of the Asset Investment team within the Growth & Development department, you will be responsible for carrying out the role of Asset Maximisation Surveyor reviewing their assetsand carrying out options appraisals to assess the viability and performance of assets and making recommendations to their stakeholders.The role is ideally suited to as RICS building surveyor or general practice surveyor or those approaching RICS qualification, ideally with experience of working for a registered social landlord. This is a hybrid role, whereby you will work from home, oneof our offices (Boston, Rushden or Walsall) and may travel for meetings or training across our geography (Midlands, East of England).In this role you will have a high level of autonomy to make decisions and carry out improvements to properties through project work. This role will enable you to utilise your Asset Management knowledge to bring about positive change, subsequently helpingto improve the lives of their customers.To be successful in this role your CV will demonstrate experience of carrying out appraisals on a range of property types with a background in general practice/building surveying .They will also consider applicants from the wider property industry who canbring experience/ transferrable skills to review properties and carry out this role.You will be able to bring a working knowledge of affordable housing stock, EPC (energy performance) regulations as well as HCA requirements.
