Their Asset Compliance Inspector role is critical in upholding their commitment to landlord health and safety legislation, statutoryduties, and governance standards. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of their customers across their stock. Further responsibilities are listed below:

  • Conduct thorough fire safety inspections, focusing on fire doors and detection equipment within individual properties.
  • Perform compliance checks and inspections as required to fulfill their landlord health and safety obligations.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks that may impact statutory compliance, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
  • Log and ensure timely repairs are carried out as necessary to maintain compliance.
Their Asset Compliance Inspector role will be a hybrid position, contracted to 36.25 hours per week. You will mostly be based out in the community, engaging with your customers across an allocated patch within their geography (Midlands & East of England).Patches within this role include Birmingham, the East Midlands Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.To be successful in application for their Asset Compliance Inspector position, you’ll have a keen interest in developing your skills and knowledge across the Housing sector.
