Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the coordinating of goods in & out the sites customers, working with duty suspended stock. This is a nights based role.Client DetailsMy client are a leader in 3PL and 4PL warehousing and transport with multiple sites across the North West.DescriptionThey key responsibilities for the role of Warehouse Coordinator - Nights in Runcorn will be:

  • Checking deliveries against delivery notes for any damage and also for accuracy.
  • Reporting stock discrepancies using the warehouse management system and the EMCS.
  • Using the WMS and carrying out any updates.
  • Making sure Duty suspended stocks movements are recorded with accuracy being a focus.
  • Carrying out weekly stock counts and PI counts.
  • Accurately inputting data input and filing invoices/delivery notes.
  • Creating pick sheets along with delivery notes.
  • Working on the night shift.
ProfileThe successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Coordinator - Nights in Runcorn will have:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using WMS systems.
  • Excellent Excel and computer skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills wil be essential, as will attention to detail and prioritising tasks.
  • Experience in warehouse admin.
  • An IOSH Managing Safely qualification would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work nights.
Job OfferThe successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Coordinator - Nights in Runcorn will receive:
  • A salary of up to £28,000 DOE.
  • A work schedule of 4 on 4 off on nights, 7pm-7am.
  • Excellent progression opportunities.
