This all round vacancy is required urgently for a period of around 9 months.Client DetailsThis business are a successful market leader who have a strong foothold in the international chemical manufacturing industry.This role will be a remote position initially but will transfer into an office based role once the Customer Service offices reopen, working for this business will require an excellent attitude, a team player and someone who isnt afraid of a busy schedule!DescriptionKey responsibilities for this roll be be;*Creating in depth reports on MS Excel and large date extracting from SAP*Provide appropriate monthly reporting of import/ export transactions and any HMRC required submissions*Produce customer / country specific documents which are compliant with contractual requirements*Supporting the customers by email*Management of internal customersProfileThe successful candidate for this role will have confident knowledge of all 4 areas below;*Excellent IT skills and able to create, adapt and present complex reports, Excellent experience working with ERP system - SAP desirable*Knowledge of Import / Export*Strong background in International Customer Services*Experience working for a Chemical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Pharmaceutical businessThis role requires an immediate start therefore we cannot consider candidates who require longer than 1 weeks notice period.This role will be remote initially due to Covid but applicants must live in the area and willing to travel to the offices when they do reopen.Job OfferThis role will offer you;*Excellent salary - depending on experience level - Weekly Pay.*Initially this role will be primarily remote - occasional travel into offices (initial training)*Laptop / Phones provided*8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday working hours*27 days + Bank Holidays offered for annual leave*Excellent working environment with a very supportive team*This role is a new position and depending on the success it may become a permanent post Required skills
