MB050B – Recruitment Consultant – Previous Sales experience (Telesales / Sales Agent / Estate Agent)Permanent | £23,000 - £25,000 | Uncapped commission (paid quarterly based on GP delivery)

You will source candidates and negotiate the best possible fees with the client. At all times representing Millbank in a professional manner, to assist and develop newbusiness, and to continue to grow and support existing clients.
  • Write and place adverts in line with Client requirements using available resources
  • Source high calibre suitable candidates
  • Carry out pre-screening of candidates
  • Package and promote candidates to clients
  • Arrange interviews with Clients
  • Negotiate offer and packages
  • Keep the CRM (our database) up to date with all notes
  • Ensure legislative and Client compliance at all times
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Achieve and deliver personal budget to support in the overall business strategy
Professional Development opportunity You’ll spend part of your working week building up your knowledge and competency in recruitment, working towards industry accredited qualifications to further your progression and after 12 months will achieve:
  • Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
  • Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment
About you To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
  • Proven previous sales related experience – we will consider a variety of background as long as you are happy to continue working in a Sales environment.
  • Ambitious, bright and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You’ll need to be Resilient – Recruitment is a role where you can do everything right and still not get the outcome wanted. It’s about dusting yourself off and going again.
  • Be comfortable to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders – our clients, candidates and your teammates.
  • Have great planning and organisation skills to effectively manage your desk
  • You must be willing to go above and beyond to meet key objectives. Recruitment isn’t a 9-5 role. You will be expected to call candidates out of hours, as this may be the only time they are free. It won’t be many calls, and it shouldn’t affect your sociallife too much. However, if you do call them, it will affect your results and rewards – that’s for sure!
