Job Description

Quantity Surveyor (Gas Networks / Civils / Construction)£64,000 - £66,000 + £9000 Car Allowance + 12% Pension + HealthcareRuncorn, CheshireAre you a Quantity Surveyor from an Automation, Gas Networks, Civils or Construction background with NEC4 experience, looking to be recognised at the go-to expert in this globally recognised company, working on multi-million pound projects with blue-chip clientsIn this role you will be reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play an important part in within this companies engineering support team, working on projects with a value of up to 20million. As well as ensuring all projects are within budget, youwill be leading the commercial management of multiple sites and work closely with clients part of the EPC.This company employ over 17,500 employees globally and are market leaders in the design, installation and service of advanced industrial automation technology. They are currently striving towards achieving net zero and have sustainability at the heart of theirbusiness. They pride themselves on delivering the most reliable and safe distributed control systems on the planet.This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or similar with NEC4 experience from a Gas Networks, Automation, Civils or Construction background looking to be recognised as a go-to expert for a multi-national company offering progression throughout theinternational business.The Role:

  • Working on projects with a value of up to 20 million
  • Calculating costs and timelines
  • Ensuring projects stay within budget
  • Visiting clients and sites to monitor progress
The Person:
  • Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or Similar
  • NEC 4 Experience or Qualification
  • Gas Networks, Automation, Civils or Construction background
