Job Description

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time quantity surveyor role is based in Runcorn, Cheshire, and offers a favourable salary and benefitspackage.As a Quantity Surveyor, youll be working from home three days a week, although there will be a requirement to travel to customer sites for each project.In your first few weeks in this Quantity Surveyor role, you can expect to:

  • Aid and support the Project Managers daily, to ensure projects are meeting commercial and financial targets
  • Identify future concerns and provide solutions to mitigate risks
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with both clients and suppliers
  • Contribute to regular and accurate reporting to the operations and project managers
  • Prepare and submit valuations and agreement of final accounts
To apply for this Quantity Surveyor role, you will need a minimum HNC/HND/Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying. Youll also require:
  • Experience in commercially running multiple small projects or one project up to £10 million
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, Health & Safety at Work
  • A full UK driving licence
  • NEC 4 experience
