Quality Assurance Manager

Leading international Pharmaceutical Manufacturer seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.About the job:

Provide Quality Assurance expertise and support to the companys production and QC teams to drive compliance improvement, Quality training and project support.
To ensure all QMS activities (Complaints, Events, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) requiring QA review/input are completed within the target date and that none become overdue.
Lead and support quality investigations to identify root cause and relevant CAPA
Responsibility for QA approval of production documentation (Record sheets, SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records)
Develop and maintain quality KPIs relevant to the production and QC teams to identify trends and improve where required
Build relationships with the operational staff to support and improve the quality performance.
Provide QA support on Production led projects and change controls
Provide Quality Risk Management Facilitation
To contribute to periodic summary reports e.g., Annual Product Quality Reviews.
Working closely with other the production team to maintain high quality standards
Participating in improvement project teams through the sites continuous improvement program
