Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to manage an engineering project within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The role will be based near Runcorn and will require strong project management skills with engineering and manufacturing knowledge.Client DetailsThe client is a leading global player in the life science sector with a strong presence in the UK. The Head Office and manufacturing site near Runcorn employs over 600 people manufacturing.DescriptionAs the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and leading a critical project whilst ensuring minimal downtime for the manufacturing facility
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production
  • Ensuring the project complies with industry regulations and standards
  • Identifying and managing project risks
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress
  • Implementing project changes and interventions as needed
ProfileThe successful Project Manager should have:
  • Previously worked in a similar position within a pharmaceutical business - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - ESSENTIAL
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management - ESSENTIAL
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Familiarity with the life science sector - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
  • Ideally worked in an engineering and manufacturing environment - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
