Job Description

Role - Production AssemblerLocation - RuncornRate £10.05 - £12.60Overtime availableTemp to PermanentShifts - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6amI am working exclusively on behalf of my clients who operate within a range of industries and are providers to some of the largest engineering companies worldwide.Responsibilities

  • Comply with Health & Safety procedures within the department, and in specifically in relation to the role, at all times.
  • Ensure the loom is clean and free of any debris before set up of any new jobs.
  • Drawing in the ends of carbon from the creel into the loom that any raw material is free of any defects whilst doing so.
  • Following production paperwork specifications to ensure fibre is drawn in correctly for the setup.
  • Completion of paperwork to verify work completed, which will be handed over to the Technician ahead of technical setup on loom.
  • Ensure all planned production delivery times are adhered to, informing team leader of any expected delays in a timely manner to reduce lost time during production.
  • Candidates with previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Oeprative or Assembly operative could be suitable for this role.
