Job Description

Process Development Chemist required in Cheshire. Requiring a degree in Chemistry or a related subject. Experience within organic chemistry desirable.Job Title: Process Development ChemistLocation: CheshireSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)Job Type: 6-month contractSRG is working with an accomplished developer and manufacturer of fine and speciality chemicals. Supplying products and services to a wide range of chemicals-based industries. They are now looking for a Process Development Chemist to join the company on a 6-month contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance to join a small team and not only be involved in laboratory experimentation, but also project management, technical service, andmanufacturing trials. A BSc in Chemistry or a related subject is required, experience within organic chemistry is desirable.Benefits: 25 days holiday with 8 bank holidays, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility) Monday to Friday. Requirements

  • Degree in a Chemistry related subject
  • Previous organic chemistry experience in either academic or industrial settings.
  • Scientific thinking with a great attention to detail
