Job Description

Position provides support for cash management and leadership for various treasury initiatives. The position plays a key role in developing the Northern Europes (UK & Ireland) cash position and debt optimization strategy. The role will coordinate monthlycash flows and debt while assuring daily short-term liquidity in NE. This position will report to the Senior Finance Shared Services Manager.Client DetailsWe are supporting a client in the Runcorn area recruit on a permanent basis. They are located within the construction industry. Due to internal promotion they require a new Hybrid Cash Manager to join the company. The company is very well established andhas been running for over 70 years and is family run.DescriptionCASH FLOW/LIQUIDITY/TWS

  • Manage and Review the cash-flow on a daily and weekly basis
  • Manage cash forecasting process; provide detailed consolidated cash projections.
  • Support Treasury with any changes or enhancements with FIS Integrity System (Treasury Workstation).
  • Liaise with AP, AR and Payroll to update the daily and weekly cash flow
TREASURY PAYMENTS, LOANS, INTEREST ETC.
  • Responsible for Intercompany cash transfers, interest payments and Revolver transactions.
  • Maintenance of monthly log to record all Treasury transactions and post in a timely manner to Oracle for month end reconciliations.
  • Co-ordinate month-end, quarter end and year end Intercompany invoice payments
BANKING
  • Point of contact with Banking Partners and all Relationship Managers.
  • Manages facilities with banks - credit limits, overdrafts, guarantees, bonds etc.
  • Opening and Closing of all bank accounts.
  • Responsibility for maintenance and update of all company bank mandates.
  • Co-ordinates and provides KYC to Banks.
  • Maintain database of all bank accounts, details and mandates etc.
Profile
  • Experience within treasury / cash order , min 3 years
  • AAT Qual desired, not essential
  • Management experience, minimum 2 years
  • Strong attention to detail
