Job Description

Heyland Senior Finance is pleased to be working exclusively with this fast-paced growing PE backed company in their search a Qualified Financial Controller. The role reports into a newly-appointed CFO and will assume responsibility for the Finance Team aswell influencing other areas of the company in a business partnering capacity. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage all finance and accounting operations and the day to day running of the Finance Department
  • Prepare and publish accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial information and KPIs
  • Improving our current financial processes and systems and identifying areas of improvement
  • Oversee the Finance Data Reporting Suite and improve it over time
  • Collaborate with all teams across the business, building key relationships
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and regular forecasts
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders including the exec team, banks and advisors
  • Collaborate with auditing and tax services to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the bank, payment providers and other relevant parties
  • Manage and development the finance team
