Job Description

Sales Account Manager Location: Runcorn Salary: £20,000- £24,000 + excellent bonus and car allowance, modern laptop, iPhoneAre you interested in utilising your consultative sales skills for an award winning IT Solutions business at the forefront of their marketThe successful candidate will be joining a very well established software solutions business which specialises within a niche industry. Due to continued growth they now have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Account Manger to join their team to managea portfolio of existing accounts.The business is only interested in talented candidates with the drive and ambition to thrive on challenge and change. You will be provided with a highly lucrative and achievable bonus structure, market leading benefits and a structured career path that rewardsthe employee.As a Sales Account Manager you will be promoting and selling the companies products/services whilst building strong commercial relationships with existing clients. You will be looking to generate new sales opportunities with existing clients to enable thesales target to be reached.Responsibilities

  • Provision of exceptional customer service; the foremost requirement within our responsive business
  • Lead on the full sales cycle, from first customer contact through to contract signing
  • Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships
  • Engaging with key clients, providing resolutions to any raised queries.
  • Accurate feedback & forecasting supported by ambition to exceed Sales figures and targets
  • Lead generation and investigating opportunities in the market.
Requirements
  • Previous CustomerCentricB2B sales experience in the UK
  • Excellent organisational, written and presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Creative and strategic mind-set with ability to generate new, implementable ideas
  • Commercially savvy with strong business acumen.
  • Capability to work both within a team and independently with little supervision if required
  • A proactive approach with ability to use initiative and manage without authority
  • Excellent contract closing skills and a hunger to reach and exceed targets
