This Customer Advisor is a newly created role to ensure client management is of the highest possible standard. This individual will be a professional who can ease the mind of customers who have a complaint or fault and ensure efficient resolutions are met while keeping the customer informed.Client DetailsThis business are a national retail company who have experienced excellent growth in 2020. Working from this company, you will benefit from a lovely working environment, supportive colleagues and the opportunity to develop your career.DescriptionThis Customer Advisor will primarily take responsibility for the following;*Customer satisfaction reviews*2nd line queries*Management of complaints or refund requests*Responding to complex queries by phone / email and social media*Supporting the customer service function*Liaising with colleague is stock control, logistics, finance and sales to ensure the customer is kept in the loop with orders, returns, repairs and refundsProfileThe successful candidate for this MUST match the below criteria, candidates without a solid background in complaints by telephone and email will not be considered.*Professional / Work based training on complaint management*Strong background in customer satisfaction*Excellent team player*Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar*Driving licence (location is not accessible by public transport)*Able to work closely with internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes*Innovative - able to suggest areas of improvement*A solid work background in telephone Customer ServicesJob OfferThis role will offer;*£18,100 annual salary*fixed working week*Tuesday - Saturday / Sunday - Thursday working pattern*26 days annual leave + bank holidays off*Pension*Free car parking*Canteen on site*Excellent colleagues and manager to support you settling in*4th January 2021 start date.
