Job Description

The role of the Credit Control administrator is to complete the daily billing ensuring it is sent to the customer together with supporting delivery evidence. Working alongside the credit controller you will be responsible for the daily invoicing, obtainingthe proof of delivery and submitting. In addition to this the administrator will also be working on a small ledger of credit control accounts, dealing with queries and ensuring accounts pay to terms.Client DetailsWe have partnered with a client on an exclusive basis located in the Runcorn area. They specialise within the health care industry and have grown significantly over the past 2 years. Due to extensive growth require an additional credit control administratorto join the credit control team on a permanent basis.   • Complete daily invoicing, allocating correct proof of delivery and submitting invoicing to customers
  • Completing the monthly consolidated invoicing along with the POD administration
  • Diligent and compliant to ensure GDPR is adhered to
  • Noting accounts in SAP with confirmation of date of invoice submission
  • Assisting with the documentation of SOPs for each customer, outlining the invoicing requirements
  • Assisting with the testing of e-pod project when required
  • Working on a smaller ledger of overdue debt, contacting customers, resolving queries and ensuring accounts pay to terms
  • Maintaining and updating customer master data in SAP
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments and credit controllers
  • To build strong relationships internally & externally and be an excellent representative of the finance team
Profile
  • 2yrs + previous experience of an AR Role within a credit control function
  • Previous experience of SAP would be beneficial
  • Previous experience of working with NHS trust, desirable but not essential
  • Excel Skills - Intermediate
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to communicate positively and to all levels
  • Organised and methodical
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build solid working relationships
  • Microsoft Office - demonstrates a sound understanding of PC software
  • Ability to work towards deadlines, targets and objectives, good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent team player, working collaboratively with the team and other departments
