Our client based in Rugeley has an urgent need for Site Administrator to join them starting immediately on a temporary basis.The role - Co-ordinating and completing site safety and waste documentation Dealing with incoming mail Ordering of the stores, as directed by the Site Manager. Ensuring that any accidents or dangerous occurrences are reported to the Site Manager immediately Completing weekly timesheets for site operatives from the daily register, and liaising with payroll department to resolve any payroll queries Liaising with various company departments and the Site Manager to ensure that all records are documented and current Co-ordinating and completing site documentationThe person - Proven experience gained in a construction administration role Available to start immediately Excellent attention to detail Proficient user of Microsoft AppliancesWorking hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pmFriday - 7:30am - 3pmSalary- £10.00 - £11.00 P/HHollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
