Introduction:Our client, a B2B software business, is seeking a software M&A CFO to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in M&A processes and a deep understanding of the GCC/MENA region. This is an exciting opportunity for anexperienced finance professional to join a rapidly growing business and play a key role in shaping its future.Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of the companys M&A strategy, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and overseeing post-merger integration.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and other external partners.- Oversee the companys financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.- Manage the companys treasury function, including cash management, debt financing, and foreign exchange risk management.- Ensure the companys financial policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team is performing at a high level.Skills:- Extensive experience in M&A processes, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-merger integration.- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.- Experience working in a software business is highly desirable.- Deep knowledge of the GCC/MENA region is a benefit.To apply, please submit your resume.
