Job Description

Job Title: Secondary Supply TeacherLocation: West Midlands, Warwickshire, Rugby Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £220 Per day Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students in various subjects.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall development of students.
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Enhanced DBS check
Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field Experience: Prior experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
  • Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working as a supply teacher
Working Conditions:
  • Part-Time hours on a temporary basis
  • Work in secondary schools in West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Rugby
  • May require travel between different school locations
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning
