A permanent opportunity Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm based in Rugby.This role is working in a team of 3 and is right for a candidate who has experience of dealing with customers and has a very confident and clear telephone manner.This role includes:- Following up on Internet Leads/Quotes by telephone NO cold calling as every client has expressed an interest- Use of personal diary to ensure call backs are made promptly- Administering both new and renewed business.- Arranging payments- requesting customer documentsSkills needed:- ability to follow a call script- high level of personal organisation- exceptional telephone manner and confident communication style.Starting salary £11.11 an hour to be reviewed after successful completion of probation
