A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor 3+ PQE has arisen at a firm in Rugby. This role would offer you the opportunity to become involved in more complex and often high value conveyancing matters. The role This firm is looking to appointa Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in their Rugby office. This role will give you the opportunity to join a department which deals with a good quality of work as the property team is very well regarded in the local area. You will be workingon a range of property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will manage a diverse caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help to buy, leaseextensions and residential lettings for landlords, tenants and new build and plot sales. This role encompasses business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors. As you will be involved in every stage of the transaction,as well as managing post-exchange work, you must be an effective communicator with attention to detail.
