Production Manager - Rugby - Office Based - £40,000 to £50,000We’re looking for a superstar to take on an amazing opportunity in a fantastic business with a great culture!The role is for a Production Manager, based in the office in Rugby.The ideal applicant will be self-sufficient and confident in delivering training across all levels of their organisationThey have an outstanding reputation in their industry, have an enviable track record of delivering, and their customer focus and service levels are second to none.Production Manager - Role Overview:Reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of production and site installations, ensuring the scheduling of work and ensure that deadlines are met.You will take on the responsibility for the employment of production and site staff, and direct supervision of Health and Safety for production operations.Working alongside SHEQ & Training Officer to:Identify training needsDevelop and maintaining risk assessmentsDevelop and maintaining method statementsDevelop of procedures for tasks undertaken by factory and site staffProduction Manager - Candidate Requirements:Proven personnel management recordPractical knowhow (e.g. measuring, reading technical drawings, etc)Excellent communication skillsEffective time managementStrong attention to detail Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, mobile technology)Good team workerProblem solverGood organisational skillsDriving License (Clean)Production Manager - Hours and Benefits:Monday to Friday25 days holiday + 8 days statutory bank holidaysOffice based role (No working from home option)On-site parkingLife & Serious Illness Cover and Medical Cash PlanPension schemeSpecific training for role will be providedAdditional training and qualifications offered and paid for by the businessLooking to get stuck into an amazing opportunity Then Click APPLY NOW!
