Press Brake Operator / SupervisorCoventry (Commutable from: Rugby, Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester, Daventry, Kettering, Hinckley, Stratford-upon-Avon)£36,500 + Training + Progression + Days-based + Benefits + BonusAre you a Press Brake operator looking to join a global-leading company, where you will be provided full management training and development to progress into a supervisory positionOn offer in an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role within the Senior team leading a team of operators on Press Brake and Amada Punch Machines. They specialise within a very niche market with a high demand across a number of sectors which has contributed to massive success.This is a Monday - Friday days based role within a modern fully-equipped production facility. You will be responsible for the quality, health and safety and operation of a range of machinery.This role suits a Press Brake operator, looking to step off the tools and move into a managerial role for a progressive and innovative business.The Role

  • Supervision of operator team on CNC punch and press brake machines.
  • Ensuring KPIs, quality, heath and safety and 5s are met.
  • Monday - Friday days role within production facility.

  • Supervisor experience preferred.
  • Wanting long-term progression to Production or General Management roles.
