New Business Sales DirectorIntroductionWe are currently working with a leading financial services market research firm who is seeking a New Business Sales Director. The successful candidate will work with the firms senior management team to grow the companys revenue by building relationships withc-suite executives. ResponsibilitiesThe New Business Sales Director will be responsible for working with the senior management team to develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business. Key responsibilities include:- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Building relationships with c-suite executives at target companies.- Developing a deep understanding of the market and the competition.- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.- Creating and delivering presentations to clients.SkillsThe successful candidate will have the following skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to forge relationships with c-suite executives.- Strong research and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.QualificationsCandidates for this role should have a degree in business or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.Additional InformationThe ideal candidate for this role is a buy-side new logo hunter with a million dollar quota.
