This key role will provide continuous improvement and enhance the development processes to ensure reliability and predictability in the Manufacturing environment. In addition, you will work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to support theProduction of new products and processes from development to production.This company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that is revolutionising the industry. They are the leaders in what they do, and they are currently growing, with many operating sites in the UK and Europe.Working as a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be assigned a production line as a project to improve and develop to the best of your ability. There is vast autonomy in decision-making in this role, allowing you to scrap old processes and create new proceduresto enhance the Production line.You will need to have a qualification in an Engineering discipline and to have worked in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will come from a hand-built assembly manufacturing environment with at least two years of industry experience.The working hours are flexible; you can start either at 7:30 am/8 am and finish at 4/4:30 pm, with an early finish on a Friday at 1:30pm.This role is open to a fixed-term contract or standard contractor rate inside IR35.This role is looking for:- A qualification in an Engineering discipline- Lean Manufacturing Experience
