Job Description

Tutor/Assessor for a UK leading training organisationSector: LogisticsSalary: £30,000Package: 21 days of annual leave + bank holidays (plus a Christmas shutdown), a pension scheme, a company-provided laptop and mobile phone, and mileage allowance. Your responsibilities will include a mix of face-to-face, remote, and workshop delivery, which will require travelto various sites. This role is based in the Rugby area with work from home.Competencies Required:To excel in this role, you should possess the main competency of Management Level 5. Additionally, you should have the ability to:

  • Communicate effectively at all levels within a business.
  • Motivate individuals to achieve their Apprenticeship Standard, guided by SMART targets.
  • Demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills to support learners.
  • Be self-motivated and adept at managing your own diary.
  • Work diligently to meet and exceed set targets in program delivery.
