Job Description

SMART Education recruits into Teaching Jobs in Birmingham and across the West Midlands, and into Home Tutor jobs across the UK.Smart Education is excited to announce an opportunity for a Level 2Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic team at a primary school in Rugby on a long-term basis. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positiveimpact on the educational journey of young learners.Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and offer additional assistance when required.- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and harmonious learning environment.- Uphold school policies and promote a safe and respectful atmosphere for all.Requirements:- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.- Previous experience in a similar role within a primary school setting is essential.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- A passion for education and a genuine desire to support the development of young learners.- Dedication to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service.If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2Teaching Assistant who is passionate about contributing to the growth and development of primary school students, we would love to hear from you.Please note - all candidatesshortlisted for the role are required to go through compliance checks and clearance prior to starting work.Hours:8:15 – 3:30 - Full time, Monday to FridayLocation:Rugby, Warwickshire Interview Dates:ASAPStart Date:ASAPSalary: £20,336 pro rataContact:Courtney Still
