Laser Test Engineer - Warwickshire - £35kPlatform Recruitment have partnered with a client that specialise in the design and manufacture of pulsed lasers. They are looking to take on a laser test engineer to test laser systems in a laboratory production environment and be responsible for a rangeof high-power diode laser test stations.Key responsibilities:+ Development & documentation of operating procedures for high power diode laser testing stations.+ Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.+ Carrying out high power laser diode testing.Key skills:+ Working knowledge of measurement instrumentation+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ideally a degree in an experimental science or an engineering subject.+ Manage test scheduling & results.+ Near-field and far field beam profilingThe company can offer up to £35k with great benefits.
