Job Description

Company DescriptionWarrens are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Rugby site.As part of the Culina Group, Warrens are an award-winning 3rd party service provider with an outstanding industry reputation. We are passionate about providing a comprehensive storage and logistics service to the largest retailers in theUK, all of whom trust us with their specialty bakery products.Shift:Night drivers required 19:00-02:00 start time.Salary: We are proud to say that we pay weekly to our drivers.4 On 4 Off Shift days £35,040pa basic pay (OTE £49,567 pa)

  • £60 per week (paid monthly) performance bonus*
  • Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
  • Night shifts are paid at premium rate ; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
5 On 3 Off Shift days £43,799.04pa basic pay (OTE £54,266 pa)
  • £70 per week (paid monthly) Performance bonus*
  • Over time shift rate + £25 per day for carrying out overtime
  • Night shifts are paid at premium rate; additional £1.50ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am

  • Work consisting of collections and delivering into RDCs.
  • Average shift length is 12 hours (in line with working time directive)
Qualifications
  • Possession of HGV Class 1 Driver license with 12 months experience
  • Current CPC
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Effectively prioritize workload in order to meet set deadlines
