Position: Quantity SurveyorLocation: RugbyRate: £200-£250 a dayMy client is one of the market leaders in commercial real estate services and investments. They are the top in leasing, property sales, outsourcing,property management and valuation. They are also the largest commercial property developer.RoleThey are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a £6million CAT A Fit Out Project in Rugby. They are offering a good day rate for the candidate chosen for this contract role.CandidateThe successful individual will have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in the construction industry and will have worked for main contractors in the past. They will have worked on previous CAT A or CAT B fit-out projects with a value of at £5millionand will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness. This candidate must be available at 1 weeks notice.
