Job Description

  • Develop and execute high-frequency equity trading strategies utilizing proprietary algorithms and quantitative models.
  • Utilize advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to analyze large-scale market data and derive insights for trading decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions and identify short-term trading opportunities with precise entry and exit points.
  • Optimize and fine-tune trading algorithms to maximize trading performance and minimize transaction costs.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, equity market microstructure, and quantitative trading strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of trading infrastructure and tools to enhance trading efficiency and execution speed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a High-Frequency Equity Quant Trader at a HFT firm or similar fast-paced trading environment.
  • Solid understanding of equity market microstructure, order book dynamics, and quantitative trading strategies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with experience in developing and implementing high-frequency trading algorithms.
  • Familiarity with low-latency trading systems, market connectivity, and order execution algorithms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data in real-time
