Job Description

The Manpower Group is delighted to be supporting one of the worlds leading manufacturers of multidimension metrology solutions.Always one step ahead, their metrology solutions include coordinate measuring machines, optical and multi-sensor systems and metrology software for the Automotive, Aircraft, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics and Medical Technology industries.Due to continued business growth, we are on the looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead the Sales, Service and Operations Coordination and administration teams.With customer excellence at the very heart of this department, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Sales, Service and Operations Coordination Teams.
  • Ensuring the team delivers its aspirational targets.
  • Driving change.
  • Ensuring the department is resourced sufficiently to operationally deliver service to customers.
  • Owning the order fulfilment process from purchase order receipt to invoice, accurately and efficiently.
  • Effectively dealing with internal and customer escalations.
  • Providing accurate information to support revenue forecasting process.
  • Owning and championing system processes.
What are we looking for
  • Extensive strong, dynamic leadership in managing customer support operations at a senior level, driving performance and customer success (minimum, 5 years)
  • Strong commercial awareness particularly with effective budget / P&L and resource management implications.
  • Effective at driving and leading change and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in the planning and coordination of field teams.
  • Extremely well organised, resilient, diplomatic and disciplined in approach.
  • Able to identify trends, growth opportunities and develop options to mitigate risks.
