Our client who is one of Europes leading equipment and service solutions provider, due to continued growth Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Customer Service Advisor (Bilingual).The successful applicant will be bi-lingual (fluent in at least one European language) and will work at our clients busy office in Rugby.The Role:Reporting to the customer services manager you will be responsible for processing incoming customer calls and enquiries form clients throughout the UK and Europe.Candidate:Most importantly you will speak at least one European Language fluently ideally either French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch.You will be experienced in customer services and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent Microsoft software skills essential.Hours of work:Monday to Friday 37 hoursBenefits:Competitive basic salary28 days annual leaveFree on site parkingAuto enrolment pension Required skills
