Job Description

Conference and Events ExecutiveJunction 18, Rugby£19,000 - £23,000 DOEFull timeHours between 8am-7pmMondy - FridayThe phone rings - its a potential guest interested in an event. Youll spend time building rapport with the contact, dealing with their enquiry and converting it into an actual booking! It wont always be events, sometimes itll be group bookingsof rooms or conferences, but what will remain the same is that youll be focused on maximising revenue by developing future and repeat business with new and existing customers.What will I be responsible for as Groups, Conference and Events Executive

  • Providing industry-leading rooms, conference and events booking experience
  • Handling contacts via phone, email and other mediums, matching products with guest needs
  • Providing incredible customer experiences with every contact
  • Maximising revenue and conversion of all opportunities
  • Developing future and repeat business with both new and existing customers
  • Building relationships with all key operators and third-party agents
