Commercial Analyst, Rugby£35,000 per annum + 10% BonusExcellent company benefitsOur client is seeking a results-oriented, curious Commercial Analyst to join their Commercial team in this newly created role.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing functions by providing valuable business insights, conducting market and product analysis, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and profit margins.This role will support all customer groups.Duties Include:Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for improvement, using business insights to identify actionable changes.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies that maximise revenue and market shareConduct Market Research to stay informed about Industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferencesPrepare regular reports and presentations on key performance indicators, sales forecasts and market analysis. Develop dashboards and business insightsWork closely with cross-functional teams to assess the financial aspect of business initiatives and recommend adjustmentsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs, providing actionable insights for optimizationCollaborate with Sales and Marketing in budgeting and forecasting processes related to the Sales and Marketing activitiesIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Sales & Marketing functions.Skills required:
