CNC Setter OperatorRugby4 on / 4 off 6am - 6pm (4 on / 4 off means all 7 days of the work are working days)£15.24 p/hour (£34K per year + OT)Full Time - Temp 2 Perm (looking for someone who is available within no more that 1 week)We are looking for an experienced CNC setter / operator to start a full time, temp 2 perm role within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.This is a role working 12 hours (6am - 6pm) on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern which means you work 4 days out of 7 on week, have 4 days off and then start another 4-day shift so you will lose some weekend.The role itself involves setting and operating CNC milling or turning machinery used to make metallic products. You be loading the machinery, performing first off inspection, use precision instruments and work within production targets.The site is clean, warm, dry, modern and the team are incredibly supportive.To be considered - it is important that you are already an experienced CNC setter / operator who can use precision instruments, work with production targets, work the shift (not work applying if you cannot do this shift) and have a solid CV showingcommitment to an employer.This role offers you :
