Job Role: CNC Setter & Operator (Milling OR Turning) Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE + overtime Hours: 7:00-17:15 Monday to Thursday - 4 day working week! Job Type: Full time, Permanent Holiday: 29 days including bank holidays The client: Interaction Technical have partnered with a rapidly expanding precision engineering firm based in Rugby on their search for an experienced CNC Setter & Operator to join the growing team. Our client produces components for the Motorsport, Aerospace, Compressorand Electric Motor industries and are looking to add a CNC Setter with Milling or Turning experience. The package: · Salary between £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience · 29 days holiday including bank holidays · Overtime available at an enhanced rate · Company Pension Scheme · Death in service · Life Insurance · Free on-site parking · Christmas shutdown The Duties: · Efficiently set up and operate multi-axis Mazak CNC Milling and Turning machines, using Mazatrol Smooth controls · Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining · Collaborate with the production team to optimise machine performance and meet production targets · Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols · Small batch work The Requirements: · Previous experience in setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines (essential) · Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications (essential) · Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
