Job Description

CNC MillerSalary - £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)Location - RugbyAre you an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in programming, setting up, and operating Haas CNC Milling machines Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision engineering If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our clients team in Rugby. This is a fantastic chance to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality components for an international business.Job Duties:

  • Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC Milling machines to manufacture precise components based on technical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to required tolerances and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with a variety of metals to create custom parts for different industries.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with programming, setting, and operating skills.
  • Experience using CNC Milling machines.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
  • Familiarity with measurement instruments and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to interpret complex instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
Salary & Hours:
  • £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 16:00pm, Friday 07:00am - 13:30pm
  • Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
