It is circa 40% lead qualification and follow up / 40% account management of our large existing client base (cross sector) and 20% new business generation from our CRM. All ournew business / business development calls are warm in so much as our international name and presence will open doors within our niche sectors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Sales Executive, Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager - electronic / electrical instrumentation - RF - Radio - MicrowaveWere selling electrical instrumentation related to RF / EMC / Radio / Microwave Amplification to a broad range of sectors including communications, defence, military, commercial, medical, automotive, aerospace, product compliance testing, research and educationalmarkets.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Sales Executive, Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager - electronic / electrical instrumentation - RF - Radio - Microwave Technical Sales professional with experience of Account Management, Business Development and consultative sales of a technical product. Ability to follow up leads, develop existing accounts and make warm calls to potential clients in niche sectors. Some exposure to electrical / electronics - either from education, employment or hobbies.Any exposure to RF / EMC / Radio / Microwave technology - via education or work experience - would be an obvious advantage, but far more important is a strong commercial intelligence, the ability to ask for the order, and come across as a consultative technicalsales professional.THE COMPANY:Established over 30 years ago, and now a key part of the UK and European distribution arm of a global manufacturer - we are fast growing and profitable.
