As such, you’ll have the chance to advance professionally and do more with your career.What’s more, we are keen to upskill you and ensure you can thrive and will provide any training you require, making this an incredible opportunity for both the short and long-term.The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will be tasked with undertaking a range of warehouse duties to support the smooth running of our distribution centre.Specifically, you will pick and pack goods and pallets, unloading containers and unwrapping their contents. You’ll help to load trailers and, once trained, will operate forklifts, counterbalance and flexi trucks.Additionally, you will take part in general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and production areas, focusing on health and safety at all times.This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Some weekend and Bank Holiday work may also be required and a degree of flexibility will be vital as we may change to a rotating shift pattern in the future.About YouTo be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:- Experience of working within a warehouse environment- A forklift flexi licence- Experience of unloading and unloading containers/trailers- Knowledge of working safely within a warehouse environment- A good level of IT literacy- At a minimum, GCSEs at grade C or above in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)- A full driving licence due to our locationExperience of picking and packing goods and/or pallets would be beneficial to your application.
