Job Description

WOULD YOU ENJOY AN ALL-ROUND OFFICE SUPPORT ROLE Ellis Masonhave partnered exclusively with a well established business based in Royston to help them find a TRAINEECOMMERCIAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR .The role would suit someone who would enjoy helping out in all areas of the business. Every day would be different! One day you could be entering basic accounts data, the next day you could me building social media posts, the next you could be heading toa trade show, and more!The TRAINEECOMMERCIAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR is a brand new role within the business and is being recruited due to business growth and requiring extra support in all areas.Ideally you will have some level of administrative experience however this is not essential and school leavers/graduates will be considered alongside experienced candidates.THE SALARY & BENEFITS

  • With experience the salary is £25,000-£27,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday office hours of 9am-5pm with 30 mins lunch on a permanent, full time basis
  • 25days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (5 days must be kept for the Christmas break) + 8 bank holiday days
  • Pension scheme - 5% contributed by employer when you contribute 3%
  • Free on-site parking
  • Gym membership to on-site gym
THE JOB The main duties included within the role of the TRAINEECOMMERCIAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR , are:
  • Supporting in all areas of the business in an administrative function
  • Assisting with basic finance duties such as: reconciling expenses, posting invoices, etc
  • Supporting customer service with duties such as: inputting customer orders, handling incoming enquiries, updating customers with their order status, etc
  • Working with shipping and distribution to update delivery schedules, liaise with hauliers, enquire on order statuss, and more
  • Assisting in purchasing with monitoring stock levels, liaising with suppliers and more.
  • Supporting marketing with monitoring social media channels, running metric reports, assisting with the set up and running of trade shows, etc
  • Other days to day support tasks that arise within the business
