Job Description

We are currently looking for Soft Insulation Production Operators to be part of our busy team in Royston!Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manufacture insulated aerospace components to ensure they conform to customer requirements in addition to quality, cost and delivery targets.We are open to supporting flexible working requests such as part time working, job shares and flexible hours wherever possible, to support our colleagues lifestyle differences. We also offer the option of possible overtime and shift working. So please feelfree to let us know of any specific requirements you may have and these can then be discussed in more detail if you are successful in your application.Soft Insulation Production Operator Duties:

  • Accurate interpretation of production route cards.
  • Accurate completion of production route cards.
  • General housekeeping of the work area.
  • Achieve company work & quality standards.
  • Participate in team-based activities.
  • On completion of the standard training programme, show competence in
  • performing operations, in accordance with the company grading system
Soft Insulation Production Operator Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Health & Safety conscious
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility (possible overtime and shift patterns can change within two weeks notice)
  • Good timekeeper
