Summary Were looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Officer, to join our team at Wimpole Hall and surrounding properties across Suffolk and Essex. This is an exciting role if you have marketing and communications experience and are looking to develop your career with a high-profile organisation. Youll support a varied group of properties, with a wide-ranging programme of projects and events.In this varied role, youll promote what we do, across the full marketing mix - in writing and imagery, through traditional media, social media and web content. With your help we can share our charity work incaring for the nations heritage and landscapes,making them accessible to all. What its like to work here Youll support a portfolio of properties including Wimpole Estate, with its rare breed working farm and exciting programme of events, as well as some of our smaller places across the Suffolk and Essex countryside. These will include Melford Hall, LavenhamGuildhall, Flatford, Hatfield Forest and Paycockes.There will be the opportunity to explore and agree a hybrid working arrangement which strikes the right balance for you and the Trust.Youll be working partly from home and at the different sites you support, we would happily chat about your primary locationat interview, as there is some flexibility around this.Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Consultant, youll work with three other Senior Marketing & Communications Officers and a number of staff members across the different properties. What youll be doing Youll be planning, creating, editing, proof-reading, co-ordinating, collating and sharing content for offline and online channels.Youll be on hand to offer support and advice to property colleagues and take the lead on all marketing and communicationsactivity at the properties in your portfolio.Youll work on our website and support our social media activity, sharing fascinating stories about the work we do with the media and enticing visitors to come backseason after season.Overall, its a diverse and challenging role and a great step for those wanting to pursue a career in marketing and communications. Who were looking for Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• Practical experience in a marketing and communications role, with a good understanding of how different channels can be used effectively.
• Experience of developing marketing and communications plans.
• Good eye for design and presentation, with an understanding of brand management.
• Proven track record in creating, using and editing content across different channels (web, social, media, PR, email), based on audience insight and evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information shared.
• Ability to work well in a team, able to motivate others and build strong relationships.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple pieces of work in order to meet deadlines.
