Job Description

Leading International organisation have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist and Administrator to carry out a professional front of house service and provide clerical support for the HR department and other teams within the business.Combined with an excellent employer reputation, this company also offer an unrivaled benefits package including 25 days holiday, a highly competitive pension scheme, private medical and dental insurance and life assurance.Receptionist & HR Administrator Job Overview

  • Meet and greet all visitors, issue identity and security badges and advise of fire procedures
  • Answer all internal and external telephone calls
  • Management of post distribution including sorting and franking
  • Administer conference room bookings via Outlook and ensure it is presentable and tidy at all times
  • Manage the booking of company resources including Sat Navs, Projectors, etc
  • Maintain the company directories including the telephone list
  • Management of mobile phones
  • Manage and maintain employee holiday records
  • Support with recruitment administration including organising interviews
  • Support with co-ordinating on-site lateral flow testing
  • Additional ad-hoc projects
Receptionist & HR Administrator Required Skills and Experience
  • Educated to minimum GCSE standard with good written English
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
  • Proven experience in a position involving first point of contact for greeting visitors and clients
  • Experience of handling telephone calls, and liaison with people at all levels
  • Experience managing changing priorities
Receptionist & HR Administrator Benefits Offered
  • 18,500 per annum
  • 9.00am 5.30pm Monday to Friday
