The role:Their site is located on the outskirts of Royston however this role will predominantly home based. You will need to access the site on occasion if required. The position is a full time 37.5hours a week paying up to £20.00ph PAYEJob description:The role reports to the plant Accounting Services Manager and is responsible for all administrative sales activity in the plant.· Perform pricing updates · Maintain Series Pricing for UK, MK, RSA & Poland and resolve pricing queries.· Prepare toll pricing for UK· Prepare manual billing data, cancellations, credit notes and re-invoices for UK.· Prepare inter company prototype invoices.· Process Prototypes Process Orders in SAP· Generate customer billing data for stakeholders.· Analyse and report on adjustments and resolve customer adjustments and billing inquiries.· Prepare PGM purchases to maintain customer metal stocks.· Perform ad-hoc pricing analysis as requested.· Support pricing validations for Unify Go-Lives.If you have the required experienced and are immediately available please apply today.
