Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our Office Administrator role in Royston!As an Office Administrator, one of the main tasks is to handle the sales order entry process, which involves entering the details of the customer orders into the system and ensuring that they are accurate and complete. You will also initiate the contractreview process, which requires you to send the contracts to the relevant departments and follow up with them until you receive their responses. Another part of this role is to administer the requisition system, which allows you to request and approve the materialsand services needed for the production. You will also raise sub con purchase orders, which are orders for subcontractors who provide us with specialized services or products.Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per weekStart Date:January 2024Office Administrator Requirements:
